Summary:

I have designed and executed a total of 5 x loyalty programs within the hospitality industry, 1 x global program for Centara - 100 hotels in 8 countries/2 x languages (integrated into largest retail loyalty program in Thailand - Central Group’s - The 1 Card), 1 x regional loyalty program for Group RCI (Wyndham Hotels), affiliated with 4,500 properties internationally and 3 x FB loyalty programs for Hilton Hotels in Bangkok, Hua Hin and Phuket. I have also managed loyalty programs for Accor Thailand - 25 hotels and IHG in Hong Kong (increased sales to make both programs number 1 in each respective market). I have worked in regional roles across Asia for last 6-7 years, my experience in loyalty marketing experience covers program design, execution, optimisation and program management.

I also has a very strong knowledge of the key drivers for loyalty marketing programs within the hospitality industry to drive more revenue and direct business, including loyalty marketing technologies: Geo location, social media rewarding, digital wallets and back end points management vendors. I am Australian national, based in Asia since 2004 in Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Shanghai and exposure to Malaysia and Indonesia. While currently based in Bangkok.

In Australia, I also worked as a Marketing Consultant for DDB Needham on the McDonalds account (managing local store marketing [LSM] for franchise stores nationally). I also have 10+ years media experience in Radio/Television experience.
