I have been a long term customer of Dicks Sporting Goods for more than 25 years now. I made a purchase online Feb 2nd for 8 items totaling about $225. To date, I have recived 4 of the 8 items only because I have continued to call and complain about the slow and poor service. There have been any number of issues that have occurred with my order. The individual who initially took my order, put in the wrong shipping address and its been a comedy of errors ever since. Ive been a number of times my order would be overnighted, but its been piecemeal and Im frustrated by how much time and effort I have had to put forth since Ive already paid, can you please HELP me? Today I was told my remaining items were on backorder adter a month of waiting becsuse they had to redo my order, placing me at the back of the line of customers who ordered after me. I am only asking to get the items I bought and paid for a month ago. Cant seem to get anyone to listen to me when I call. Please help,,,
