I have been a costumer of Eddie Buer's for many years. recently I have encountered my first problem and what I consider a breach of trust and service, not only from your company, but your credit card bank. I was issued a credit card by the bank without appling. Resently I have been sent demands from their collection department. I contacted your company to complain . I spoke with a wonderful costumer care person named Becky. She said that she couldn't any record of me appling for a credit card with your company and that she would cancel the card that I never used my request. I need you to please get involved with this problem . I have had f a credit rating of over 820 for many years and take great pride in it. Your bank seems to be way to aggressive about collecting $21.00 that was put on the card. You will see that I personally never used this card some one in you organization took the liberty to take out a credit card and charge an item on it.
