Dear Mr. Ellison...I am a stockholder and widow of a former JCPenney buyer so please know I wish the company the best. It seems to me that this is a prime time to introduce JCPenney as a purveyor of American made products. I envision a separate display in each department: Women, Men, Children, Home Goods. etc. I believe this would provide great great P.R. and may attract new customers of all ages who may not already patronize JCPenney.
