Dear Mr. Ellison,
I have been a credit card holder for 27 years. Today I received a letter of collections from FMS. I have spent two hours on the phone (JC penney) trying to get information if FMS is real or a scam. I have never been informed I had a debt. I was hung up on by people I could not understand, I was put on hold twice only to be pushed back to an automated voice recording, and more. I would just like a phone number that I can call to get this matter cleared up. I take great pride in my credit please help me.
