Dear mr. Ellison,
I reach out to you as a frustrated, irate customer! I ordered a GE refrigerator and a GE range which was to be delivered 9/20/2016 from 10-2PM. At 3:00 I had to call to follow up on my delivery. Apparently, the driver from Retail Express North could not find our address and never called us to ask! My husband and I waited all day with food spoilage and I had to call them to find out what happened. After two hours on the phone with Retail Express North, we were told that they could not deliver our merchandise today or tomorrow, but the could deliver next week Tuesday 9/27 at which time we will not be home. Your only ray of hope is at the Oneonta, NY store! Her name is Pam. She tried to help us; however, we still do not know when our delivery will arrive. We received a call from Jason at 7:30 AM this morning 9/21 from Retail Express stating that he will try to let us know about delivery, but it is 1:44 PM and no one has gotten in touch yet. Now I am on the phone with JCP appliance specialist to ask a question about the cord for the range which I ordered and I am still on the phone waiting over an hour. My electrician needs this information. I am beside myself about all of this. I can not get a question answered and I can not get delivery! What is going on here? What kind of business is this. I sure hope that I receive some compensation for all of this fiasco. This has cost us time from work, spoilage of food, and much distress! Please respond and Thank You.
