My name is Ann, and I am a Junior in the fashion merchandising program at Southern New Hampshire University. For my Strategic Fashion Management class, I am doing a project regarding JCPenney. I was wondering if you would be able to answer some of the questions that I have. I had previously visited the Salem, NH outlet in the Rockingham Mall, and they directed me to ask the headquarters.
