Dear Mr. Ellison, Sorry to have to go this far but didnt know what else to do. Im a loyal customer of JcPenny . I made a purchase in December 12, 2016 for a full size mattress set and a Queen size mattress set. In Tacoma Washington. Here it is now April 6, 2017 and I have not receive the merchandise. My total purchase to my Penny card was 1500.00. I feel this is unfair the way me as a customer has been treated. I called several time for my mattress and they would deliver and it would be only one piece never what I ordered. Im gonna cancel this purchase but yet remain to be a loyal customer. Just wanted to share this so you can see whats going on in your company. Thank you unhappy customer Zelma Stansell
