Donna sent a message to Marvin R. Ellison President of J. C. Penney Company Inc.- email address that said:
Dear Mr Ellison,
Through most of family years I have shopped at JC Penny's and have been a loyal customer. In 2005-2012 JC Penny began to show signs of "failure to thrive." A term we use in "nursing" translates "to disengage from life's demands When I went into a store, I was met with disgruntle employees, with much of store merchandise either "out of stock" and on occasion clothes on racks very disorderly. Many people at that time chose to do their shopping elsewhere.
About 3 years ago, I decided to give JC Penny's another shot. I have been extremely pleased with most of my transactions. I see a much needed face lift. It has reminded me of my earlier days of always choosing JC Penny's for my home decor, linens, housekeeping etc.
I have run into a problem. For 1 year I have been trying to obtain the Historic Charleston Collection Bedspread in Full Bed/Color White and have not been able to order it. No one seems to know what to do at local stores in which I have done business with. Most of my shopping is completed on-line because I live in a very rural agricultural setting. I saw your name pop up when I was searching for another JC Penny phone number in hopes that I would luck up and find someone who could help me. So here I am writing to you in hopes that someone will call and tell me my Historic Charleston bedspread in a full bed/color white is on it way. Note I did try the other colors in the collection but they did not coordinate well with the colors in my room.
Thank you so very much.
By the way Nice Picture--Great Smile!!
Gratefully
Donna
