Dear Mr. Ellison,
I exchanged my mattress purchased in October, 2016, for a new mattress in July, 2017, because of sagging in the middle. There was a one year warranty on it. The new mattress was comparable in amount to the old one. I do not know why JCPenney keep billing me for it. I have talked to sales reps for Penneys and wrote a letter and they still are keeping it on my account. I would love to hear back from you concerning this matter.
