I have two very old (probably 5+ years) $25 Holiday Gift Certificates that My husband gave me. they are 6006492002375202803 (Pin 2413) and 6006492002375202761 (Pin 2105). I tried to use them, but they are not recognized by the stores computer system. In California, gift Certificates do not expire, so I tend to keep them for extended periods of time.
What do I need to do to use these to cards? Even a credit against my account 635-418-455-51 would suffice.
