I read about your success and feel that you are a CEO who would appreciate the input of a customer regarding why I have begun shopping at your store. I
have not shopped much at JC Penney since I was a child. I thought of the store as outdated. I recently discovered, however, that your stores carry clothing for big and tall men. Most stores with clothing in the same price range carry clothing for stout short men but nothing for tall men. Most stores that carry clothing for tall men are very expensive or we need to special order online. You carry good, basic styles for tall men at an affordable price and your store is unique in that way. Please continue to emphasize clothing for tall men. I go there to buy clothing for my husband and I have begun to shop there more for myself.
