Dear Mr.Ergen, I have been with Dish for many years. I live in an – Charlie Ergen email address

Rebecca sent a message to Charlie Ergen – Co-founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dish Network – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr.Ergen,
I have been with Dish for many years.
I live in an area that no longer has antenna TV access.
We use to have a repeater substation but no one maintains it anymore and without it we can not get a signal into our area. This the reason I use Dish network.
Multiple times channels have been blacked out during negotiations and while I appreciate someone looking out for the cost of the service, it is now football season, trading camp reports are happening and your dish network is not showing that coverage.
There are a lot of things I'll live with out
Football is not one of them.
Your now filing suit against tribune because you feel they have cost you customers.
They are not the reason you would lose me!!
You would lose me because you have raised rates yet I get less of the programming I signed up to get.
Now I'm unable to watch football yet just recently my rates went up $5 a month.
Why would I want to pay you more when I can't watch what is most important to me???
You are doing this to yourself.
Stop blaming Tribune WGN and start listening to your customers.
There are some things you just can't put a price on.
I use to pay extra for my local channels and don't mind doing it again if it gets my football back on.
I understand Tribune WGN is also at fault here. I don't hold you completely to blame.
You both share the fault. It is the customers that are getting the raw end and for you to publically say your prepared to live with out those channels means you are NOT listening to your customers you've already lost almost 300,000 customers and its comments that you could live without those channels that will lose you thousands more.
I had hope mediation would resolve the issues but with comments that you could live without tribune channels has me looking into other alternatives that do not include Dish network.
That decision has nothing to do with tribunes actions but rather your own comments.
I am requesting as a customer that you listen to your customers who are upset about losing their channels and find a solution to fix this issue.
You may be able to live without fort all channels, your customers can not
