Dear Mr. Fairbank
I'm a high school student, who currently holds a Capital One Credit card and I opened a Capital One Checking Account. I work part time doing delivery work after school for a job I found on Greigslist, I also work as a waiter on the weekends as a waiter to help save for college. My first paycheck of $486 from doing furniture deliveries was returned, I contacted the customer service at capital one the same day I deposited the check. Two days later, my account was frozen until the check clears, which it didn't. I contacted the fraud department and I was told that my account has been closed. I'm sorry to say that the experience at your bank has not been to good. My first checking account and due to one mistake which was not my fault, you close my account. I guess i'm too small for your bank which is ok, but we all have to start at the bottom and work our way up, I guess.
