Linda Kanter sent a message to Richard Fairbank Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Capital One Financial email address that said:
Dear Mr. Fairbank,
I am a Money Market customer with Capital One.
I thought it necessary to write this email, as I am totally disappointed and exasperated with the service I have been receiving from your company.
I transferred money from my original ING savings account into a Capital One Money Market account. The account was opened on Jan.1,2018. It is now past the middle of March and I have still not been able to have my husband put on as a joint owner, and I have still not been able to have the correct checking account added.
I have spent hours on the phone, and just as much time going to your Corporate Headquarters plus another Capital One bank near my home.
I have never had so much trouble with any financial institute!
By writing to you, I am hoping that perhaps this abominable situation can ,and will be cleared up.
