Joseph sent a message to Richard Fairbank – Chairman and CEO, Capital One – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr Fairbank,
I would like to have a meeting and conversation with you, because I have wasted many hours trying to resolve my complaints via the telephone,I have tried more than 4 or 5 times to resolve my complaints that I have with my 11 Capital One Bank Savings accounts and 1 checking account but your staff either doesn't know how to fix the problem and in a couple of situations they had no idea of what my complaint was about, so I am writing to you and then to Senator Elizabeth Warren (MA) because I think that Capital One Bank doesn't abide by their agreements and maybe to big and should be broken up similar to the telephone companies in the 60s and 70s.
If you think that my complaints would be better addressed at the next shareholders meeting let me know.
