Dear Mr. Fanning, I hope you can resolve the issue I had with a bill – Thomas A Fanning email address

Vietta sent a message to Thomas A. Fanning – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Southern Company – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. Fanning,

I hope you can resolve the issue I had with a bill matrix payment that did not post to my account. I made arrangements for November 2, 2016 payment, and my service was disconnected on November 3, 2016. Here are the facts : On Sunday, October 30, 2016 I logged onot my Georgia Power account number,  for Vietta. After entering my card information and the whole nine yards, I made a debit card payment in the amount of $162.51 and received confirmation number
On November 3, 2016 I contacted the Georgia Power rep to see why my services had been disconnected. She told me it was due to nonpayment and transferred me to Bill Matrix who could not find record of my payment. I made the payment to Bill Matrix and since they are the trusted third party company to receive payments for Georgia Power, I need my payment tracked down.

There must be a way to trace the history of payments or some type of system that tracks payment posting dollar amounts through this online service. I have used this payment method for several years now and without default until now. I am unhappy about being in the dark, and having my food spoil in the fridge due to this mishap, but I am a pratical person that understands things happen from time to time. Please assist me with resolving this issue in a timely manner.

My calls were sent from person to person and there is also an email history and recorded calls for this payment arrangement. I will look forward to hearing from you soon, or whichever person you decide is competent enough to handle the situation without making me feel like this glitch was my fault or that I am imaging the whole thing or made it up.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Have a wonderful day.

Respectfully,
Vietta
