Dear Mr Fettig, I am writing to you as a last resort. I bought a – Jeff M Fettig email address

Andrea Lancaster-Cross sent a message to Jeff M. Fettig - Chairman and CEO of Whirlpool Corporation - Email Address that said:

Dear Mr Fettig, I am writing to you as a last resort. I bought a Whirlpool Condenser Dryer in January this year through Currys Plc (London/Essex) a couple of weeks after receiving this machine it started making clunking noises and stopped turning. We phoned Hotpoint, who sent out an engineer. It seems that the belt was shredded and one of the bearings was missing and another faulty. We asked for a replacement machine but they would only repair it, which took two visits from engineers to finish the job. It was less than a week old. I have sent several emails to various departments within the company and have not had one reply. I want to know how the machine managed to leave the factory with missing and damaged parts and why did we not get offered a new machine when it was less than a month old. We are both disabled and have various health issues, which this is not helping in the least, especially my husbands extremely high blood pressure. I would appreciate you looking into this or passing it onto someone that will at least reply to me. Kind regards Andrea Lancaster-Cross
