Dear Mr. Fettig, I have a customer complaint that I have been trying to get – Jeff M Fettig email address

Thomas Hoover sent a message to Jeff M. Fettig - Chairman and CEO of Whirlpool Corporation - Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. Fettig, I have a customer complaint that I have been trying to get resolved regarding an extended warranty plan that I continue to get the run around on, I was finally able to contact Jamin , a resolutions specialist, and he was not able to help me at all. I have had no one in this process that I feel has been able to answer my questions, it is not my problem that Whirlpool sold there warranty contract to somebody and then they dont service the product after I pay the bill. I am currently out $168.95 for paying for an extended warranty and there is not a soul that can help me with this problem. My comment is that I will never ever purchase anything that Whirlpool manufactures, and I will also make sure that any store or person that sells Whirlpool knows how they take care of their customer after they purchase their service contract. Extremely pathetic way to run a business is about all I can say at this point in time. I might add that I dont speak a foreign language and that does not help in any way when trying to resolve an issue with someone in the Phillipines on India, depending on who corporate America decides they want to handle their warranty information today, totally pathetic.
