Dear Mr. Fettig, My husband and I recently purchased all of our kitchen appliances from – Jeff M Fettig email address

Sophia sent a message to Jeff M. Fettig – Chairman and CEO of Whirlpool Corporation – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. Fettig,

My husband and I recently purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Whirlpool. We purchased our appliances directly online from whirlpool.com in May 2016. We have been happy with all of our appliances, with the exception of our refrigerator.

Our refrigerator is less than six months old and has had to be serviced seven times. In addition, it has had five major parts replaced. The latest service call visit was Friday, Nov. 4th, 2016. The technician replaced three parts, and it still failed to fix the problem.

We have called your customer service line on several occasions, only to be told there was nothing that they could do to assist us. Furthermore, we have had to take time off of work to be home for the service calls, not to mention the hundreds of dollars we have lost on perishable foods.

At this point, we feel that we have been more than patient and allowed the technicians sent by Whirlpool to try to correct the problems that we are constantly encountering with our new whirlpool refrigerator. All we want is to have our refrigerator replaced with a new one, that is not a "lemon."

We are prepared to seek legal counsel if necessary and take further actions against the Whirlpool Corp.
We have all of our documentation for each service call and the replaced parts, as well as the original purchase invoices.

It is our sincere hope that we can resolve this as soon as possible and that the company you represent will do the right thing and give us a new fully functioning refrigerator.

Thank you in advance for your time and attention.

Mr. Mrs. Joe Sophia
