Maureen sent a message to Mark Fields – President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:
Dear Mr. Field,
I am writing this on behalf of my son who owns a Focus ST 2015. He has been having an issue with the St stalling at lights. He has had it in for service 3 different times and they cannot seem to find what the problem is. What I am asking is what you will do to back up your car care. At this point he just wants to turn it in a get a new vehicle. He has talked to your customer service and all they offer him is a month off in payment. I am sure you understand his frustration. We have been buying ford products for over 40 years and our children are following in our foot steps. Please have someone look into this for him.
