Dear Mr Fields
As a loyal customer and a former Ford employee I am asking why two different Ford dealers are unable to provide me with the vehicle I selected. My wife and I chose the Explorer sport in red . For some reason the respective dealers don't seem able to obtain such a vehicle. Don't dealers communicate with each other when the customer has a request? The color seems to be the problem.
