HOPEFULLY YOU REMEMBER ME,, LARRY BERFOND FROM BROOKLYN NY I TOLD YOU A FEW MONTHS AGO WE MIGHT ACTUALLY BE DISTANT COUSINS FROM BROOKLYN LOL ALSO .THAT IM A NYPD COP ON DISABILITY FROM THE POLICE DEPT I SENT YOU A EMAIL LAST YEAR WHEN I BOUGHT A 2016 LINCOLN NAV FROM YOU (DANA FORD/LINCOLN AND I HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS BOTH FROM THE DEALER IN STATEN ISLAND AND THE CAR ITSELF BESIDES THAT THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE CAR AND WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE HAD ETC .

I HAVE WORKED OUT WITH MY LINCOLN MOTOR CLIENT MANAGER EILEEN BRIDENBECKER LAST YEAR THAT WHEN THE NEW 2018 LINCOLN NAV COMES OUT THAT I CAN SWAP IT FOR THAT CAR, BECAUSE IT HAS EVERYTHING I WAS PROMISED AND FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD

I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS CAR ., MONEY I REALLY DIDNT HAVE. ITS NOT A $20,000 CAR ITS A $70000 CAR AND I WAS GOING TO BUY THE TAHOE BUT PICKED YOUR CAR BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT HAD EVERYTHING ,BESIDES THAT THE CAR BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE DEALER THE LAST YEAR ...A FEW WEEKS AGO THEY KEPT ME THERE FOR 8 HOURS SITTING THERE WAITING FOR IT , IT WAS LEAKING TRANSMITTION FLUID NOTE A NEW CAR SHOULD NOT BE LEAKING TRASMISSION FLUID ,PLUS THE REMOTES WASNT WORKING RIGHT, FROM DAY ONE , NO LONG DISTANCE ,,PROBLEMS WITH THE REMOTE START ETC AMONGS A BUNCH OF OTHER ISSUES LIKE I SAID IN AND OUT FOR THE LAST YEAR THATS LIKE THE 5 TIME BRINGING IT THERE
THEY SAID THEY FIXED IT THEY DIDNT

BUT WHATEVER THE WORST WAS I HAD TO BRING IT BACK A FEW DAYS AGO THEY HAD THE CAR 3 DAYS I PICKED IT UP YESTERDAY THEY SAID IT WAS ALL FIXED TOOK IT HOME AND GUESS WHAT STILL NOT WORKING WENT BACK AT 5PM SPOKE TO THE MANAGER
HE SAID I HAVE TO BRING IT BACK AND THEY HAVE TO CONTACT LINCOLN TO FIGURE OUT WHATS WRONG

PUT THIS ALL TO THE SIDE
I JUST FOUND OUT THAT EILEEN IS NO LONGER WITH YOUR COMPANY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR HER TO REACH OUT TO ME AND TELL ME SHE WAS LEAVING, AS OF A COURTESY ESPECIALLY THIS IS STILL PENDING
I JUST SPOKE TO A JOHNATHAN VARELA AND HES NOT THAT NICE HE TOLD ME IM NOT GETTING A 2018 AND WHAT YOU WERE ADVISED WAS WRONG ABOUT A SWAPPING OF A CAR ALL ,YOU ARE GETTING IS A DISCOUNT AND THERE IS NOTHING ELSE WE ARE GOING TO DO FOR YOU .

I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM ON EVERYTHING WHAT HAPPENED AND IT SEEMED LIKE HE CAN CARE LESS .I ASKED IF I CAN SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE HIGHER UP HE SAID NO.

I TOLD HIM, I REALLY DONT WANT TO GO THE ROUTE OF THE NEW CAR LEMON LAW OR TO WRITE TO THE CEO OF THE COMPANY HE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE

MY QUESTION IS DO I REALY HAVE TO GO THRU ALL THIS AGGRAVATION AGAIN . I DONT GET IT. I SPENT ALL THIS MONEY ON THE NICEST CAR I CAN EVER AFFORD. I WAS PROMISED I WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE OK IT SEEMS LIKE AGAIN ,I WAS LIED TOO. HERE WE GO AGAIN NOW I HAVE TO GO THRU THE LEMON LAW. .
I THOUGHT I WAS TOLD WHEN THE NEW CAR COMES OUT THERE WOULD BE NO ISSUES

AGAINNNNN NOW IM TOLD THAT WHEN THE NEW CARS COME OUT THAT IM NOT SWAPPING FOR THE ONE I WAS PROMISED SHE NEVER EXPLAINED HOW THIS WORKS ALL SHE SAID THAT WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT

AND THATS BESIDES ALL MY AGGRAVATION NOW .WHICH FINDING THIS OUT MAKES THIS WORSE PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT IF YOU ALSO REMEMBER IM THE COP WHO HAD 9 SURGERIES ON MY HIP FROM A LINE OF DUTY INJURY WHICH I DIDNT NEED A HIP REPLACEMENT DOCTOR SCREWED UP I TOLD U THAT STORY IN THE EMAIL THANKS AGAIN
