Hello I sent a email yesterday to you please help with my ford matter. I have no way of sending the videos or pictures about my 2014 focus titanium I bought new. It is the 2 2014 in a year. It has serous electric problems. The noise coming out of the engine is horrible its been in the dealer shop for 9 weeks and counting. I know you dont want bad publisty im asking for ford to take the car back and let me start over there are 2 other 2014 in different states with same problem they are recorded. Please help corporate wont do anything this was a brand new car. Never a late car payment to ford motoe company and this is how im treated. My daughter rides in the car and i would hate to see something happen to her like it catches on fire or she dies or me either but ford would then be liable for it since its been in so many times for it. What do I do next contact the bbb or news stations or social media you tell me. Please help.
bock and one more thing i asked on 2 occasion for an enener and yet to get on im not stopping i plan on emailing everyday till ford helps i do not feel safe in this car
