Michele sent a message to Mark Fields , President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:
Dear Mr. Fields:
I need your help please, it's urgent. I bought a Mercury Sable LS 2004 car from a former roommate and did not receive any service records with regard to ANY recalls on my car. I am afraid to drive my car because there seems to be worse and worse conditions whenever I drive my 2004 Mercury Sable LS. Would you please email me or fax to me ALL of the recalls for this car, as I didn't receive ANY from the original owner who turned out to be a con artist. My vehicle is undergoing inspection my Ford specialists, but there are not a Ford dealership, and we need ALL of my cars recalls from the beginning to present day. . . I'm afraid to drive my car and many of the recalls I've found on the Internet describe the problems I've had with the car since I bought it from the original owner in 2012.
