Dear Mr. Fields: I'm only writing to you because I can't get a response from anyone else. My 2011 Ford Fiesta was towed to the Ford dealership on 12/28/2015. The TCM was recalled, which is why the car stopped running. I have been renting a car since 12/28/2015. I was recently told it would be another 11 weeks before the parts come in to fix my car. I've been trying to get someone to help me as far as a replacement vehicle, as I can't afford to keep renting a car and making car payments at the same time. Can you do anything to help me? Is it possible for the dealership to give me a loaner car to use? If you get a free minute, would you please call me? Thank you so much for your time.
