My wife bough a ford fiesta at Ford Thailand Lopburi branch and since she has bought it almost two years ago she has been having problems.Yesterday I drove her car and it was really bad and I told her to take it to them and fix it.
Today she took it to Ford Lopburi and they test drive it and said that the gearbox needs to be replaced but she has to wait as there are 30 people waiting for a gearbox as this is a problem with a lot of cars.I want to know why the problem was not notified to customers and why these cars was not recalled?
Seems there are 30 people with the same problem with their cars.
I have driven many fords in South Africa and never had a problem with my Ford laser,fiestas(I had 4) and focus.
I would really appreciate it if you could help with this problem.
