Dear Mr. Fritz,
I am contacting you to make you aware of the impudent manner in which your company disrupts the daily lives of citizens such as I, without any notice or empathy towards our daily routines.
Please make changes in your company policies that will notify us of the imminent delays that might/will occur BEFORE major repairs begin so that we can make necessary adjustments.
If you would please have the proper supervisor contact me, I'll be more than happy to discuss this matter.
