The reason I am bothering you with this email is for help since I have read your bio and understand how you are involved with many good causes.
My case is a good one, I think, since we bought an amazing site in Houston with many problems, including environmental which we have worked very hard on cleaning up and spent a fortune.
We are at a point where its crucial for us to get our Union Pacific connection back and running but have been on this process with The UP for more than 24 months. It is a great deal for The UP since we will provide free infrastructure to your esteemed company.
We just need an extra push and guidance on this process. I beg for some help.
