Did you know that over 70,000 young adults across America are diagnosed with cancer every year? The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults (UCF) works to create a community of support for those young adults, and their loved ones, as they fight cancer and embrace survivorship.
I will be joining that fight by participating in the Key to Keys ride in April 2017 with UCF. The team spends one week cycling from Key Bridge Baltimore, MD to Key West, FL to spread awareness about young adult cancer. It’s not a race. It’s not a competition. It’s a journey that brings together a diverse group of individuals to build a community of support for those affected by cancer.
