Dear Mr Ghosn,
Greetings from India and I am coming straight to the point.
My wife had purchased a Renault Kwid RXt from NCR Motors New Delhi. I had seen the global launch of the car in India and at the time of booking the car also I had seen the brochure which came with a certain type of ORVM. However, the demo car and the car that was delivered came with an old type of ORVM. When I had pointed this out, I was told that whenever Renault changes the model, I shall be getting the same. Since the last couple of months Renault has changed the ORVM and it now matches the one on the brochure. Please note that during this period, there has been no facelift to the vehicle apart from the ORVM.
I would request the company to provide me with the ORVM that was being shown when the car was launched and also in the brochure. I would appreciate that this be done as a free replacement since there has been no upgrade of the car during this period.
I am not getting proper feedback from Renault India or the dealer. Please support.
