Dear Mr. Ghosn, I bought a brand new 2008 Nissan Pathfinder at your Jim Johnson – Carlos Ghosn email address

SHERRY sent a message to Carlos Ghosn Chairman and CEO, Renault that said:

Dear Mr. Ghosn,

I bought a brand new 2008 Nissan Pathfinder at your Jim Johnson dealership in Bowling green ky. This is the 3rd. Nissan vehicle I have bought from this dealership. I have been satisfied until this last purchase. This Pathfinder is a dud. There is something wrong with this vehicle. I have had one problem after another. The shocks went out on the hatchback and you have to hold the door up with one hand to put anything in the back. The windows rolled down and would not roll back up. I am a single parent trying to make ends meet. I missed a day of work to drive to Jim Johnson to have that fixed. The shop said they fixed it and the next day the back window would not roll back up. I kept cardboard over it for a week before I could take off another day from work, then they finally put a new part on it and it worked fine. Mind you, I do not get paid for taking these days off from work. They said they could not loan me a car for work and I was just out of luck, so I had to miss work. The tire sensor light stays on constantly, even though I have had new tires and balanced them. The last straw came when the sensor on the fuel tank went out and I have ran out of gas 4 times. The last time was 2 weeks ago driving to work and a cop had to push me out of the main road because I had ran out of gas again. I took it to a garge and the attendant said That the Fuel Level Sensor is bad and that there was a recall on them for the 2006 through 2008 models. I just called Jim Johnson this morning to see if I could bring it down there and miss another days work to get that fixed. They asked for my VIN # and I was told that was not one of the models in the recall. But clearly there is a problem with this Fuel level sensor on this model also. When the gas level gets to 1/2 full or under it goes to completely empty. I have had it. I am so so dissatisfied with this pathfinder ,Jim -Johnson dealershiop and all Nissans. I know that you are a very busy man , being the President and CEO of this company and you don`t know me from Adam and maybe yo don`t care but
