I live in Egypt and here is my story with Renault.

i had a terrible service at your oboor branch today located in Cairo. You really need to rethink your system and the whole customer experience.

First i have many issues with a brand new car, and now your service center really made it worse.

I just bought a new Logan 2016 FO, in less than 1000 KM i started having issues with gearbox behavior, brakes pedal noises and a weird noise coming out of the left door. And here i am spending my day from 10 am till now *6 hours* for a normal 1000 km maintenance and trying to get the issues fixed. Half of them are not fixed and the kind of customer experience at oboor is more than terrible.

Now I'm sure i shouldn't have bought a Renault in the first place... Ill be selling this car and advising against it to anyone who is willing to buy it.
