Dear Mr. Ghosn,
I am currently in possession of my third nissan and have been well pleased with your product until recently. My latest purchase is a 2007 black altima which currently has only 75k miles on it, however, in 2011 the clear coat on the roof started deteriorating. I went to the dealership to have this remedied but was told the warranty was up. Well since that time the paint has continued to deteriorate on the roof and trunk and now my car looks awful. I am not sure but the paint job should outlast the power train in my opinion. Never the less, I am writing to you requesting some satisfaction in this matter. I want my car painted to look like it should at this stage. The inside is immaculate and so should the outside be. I have gather over 100 photos of black altimas in the same condition. Obviously Nissan had a paint problem. I will gladly send photos of my car if needed. I have an attorney who is willing to launch a class action lawsuit in this matter should you not respond and take care of what I consider your obligation to a long time Nissan customer. In closing, please take care of my problem that I am positive is on Nissan and I will consider the matter closed. Waiting eagerly for your reply.
