Regarding your query, I have received the information from our technical department. There has been one recall campaign for the vehicle, which was connected to the Tyre Pressure Monitor System. It has been completed.
There are no outstanding recall campaigns.

If you have any further doubts about the vehicle, please contact directly your nearest Infiniti centre. They will be more able to advise as this is a technical issue.

Dear Sir or Madam!

In 2015 we bought the model Infiniti FX37,  The vehicle has been fully serviced only by
authorized service, and, in spite of that, we have already had to change
the front wheel hub bearing.

We want to point out that this car has only 120 460 km driven, by
a woman-driver who drives it only on flat roads, never off-road, and she
treats the car with great care.

We have in our company 17 cars from other brands, that are less
expensive and prestigious, and they have not had such technical issues
at all.

First bearing we changed after 112,000 km. And now, we have to make
another repair of the same kind on the other side of the car. We
emphasize, the car has only 120 460 km driven!

Therefore, we kindly ask you to take a stand and find an appropriate
solution how to prevent further repairs, since this car was quite
expensive and it is too luxurious to keep us wasting time with repairs,
not to mention these repairs are quite expensive.

Please re-check whether this car series has not had any production error
and whether there has not been any recall on these models which we were
not informed of. We kindly ask you to give us your opinion on this issue.
