Dear Mr. Glass,
I regret having to contact you with this problem with Lincoln. I moved in April.
The Post Office forwarded junk mail but returned all important mail....bills and checks! I have filled out two or three reinstate forms and mailed with my check. I have paid on line at least two times and its more money each time which is always returned to me.
Therefore, my premium never gets paid. There is a HUGE lack of communication in your company that Im sure you are unaware.
I am unable to get my bill paid and my insurance is important to me as Im sure yours is to you.
Please help me get this problem resolved. Last time I spoke to Felicia and she said she was putting a note in my file with the reinstatement form to not send my money back! And again it has be returned.
