Beverley sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr Glen Post iii. In June 2016, 3 technicians from century Link tried to connect the internet service at my home. I told them I would purchase my own modem. They were not successful in connecting the service, so I cancelled the service the same day. I received several bills with charges, I called the company several times to advise I don't have the service , they referred me to a form I had to fill out on their website in which I filled out each time i receive a bill. Now they have referred this to the collection agency without my knowledge. This is a terrible act done by Century Link. I have now decided to use all method available to fight this. I would appreciate your earliest response in this matter. Thank you, Beverley
