Dear Mr. Gosen,
I've sent you my message 40 Days ago , and no answer,
I thought it is important for you to hear the voice of customers , specially when they have a big issue with Nissan and no one from Nissan empoloyees refused to take the eresponsibility not only to take a dicision but also not even discuss the issue .
My issue is Qashqai 2013 geerbox , please take the decision and send it to the factory in Egypt as they know my case , your engeneers told me it has an industrial deffect but they can not take the decision to change it for me for free , despite of they could do that for other people .
