Dear Mr Goshn, I have to tell you that your USA based Nissan company has the worst customer service, I have ever dealt with, they can't even take a payment you have to pay bill matrix 5 dollars but tha is the least of it, in December I deferred a payment Jan 2016 payment to be exact well after being adamant about them processing the deferment correctly so it wouldn't show as a late payment well guess what your company csr's are so clueless I was turned over to my credit bureaus, since I knew I was talking to idiots, I asked to speak to a manager, and her name was Sara and thank goodness she had enough sense to fix things for me, I am on the phone with Nissa but have been waiting for 20 minutes, why because everyone I am sure has an issue with Nissan will be refinancing through my bank or credit union, Nissan needs an overhaul
