Lynn sent a message to Robin Hayes Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation Email Address that said:
Dear Mr Hayes,
I love flying mint on Jetblue but I have a complaint that has happened more than once. I have flown coast to coast Lax to JFK several times this year and 2 times I have sat in seat 1 C and it has been broken.
I am a middle class individual and work hard to afford this one luxury for myself to visit my grandchildren. So to pay $600 to $1200 each way for a seat that should recline so I can get my rest is not acceptable. My most recent flight my seat (during take off) reclined crushing my foot as I nervously tried to stop the seat from reclining. When I brought it to the attendants attention he said oh yes there was a problem with that seat on the way east to west too. I was quite uncomfortable and somewhat frightened during the incidence. Needless to say it did not make for a very restful flight for me.
I would appreciate your attention to my email. Also quality control because if my foot was any farther to the left I'm sure it could have been injured as I could not stop the movement of the seat.
Lynn
