Dear Mr. Hayes,

On Saturday Feb. 6, 2016 a group of 8 friends attempted to embark on a week long vacation to St. Martin where we had rented two homes. Our original flight from Chicago to San Juan was delayed two hours causing us to miss our flight to St. Martin and a one days vacation. JetBlue housed our group in an horrific hotel where the entire unit flooded when the shower was run, the carpet was filthy dirty and the room was musty. I have attempted to receive a refund or substantial compensation for our loss but received a very polite "thanks for letting us no about your problems but no compensation will be granted". I write to you today in appeal for JetBlue's as to reconsider. Thank you.
