Dear Mr. Hirai,
I have been a loyal customer for years, but now I feel like you (Sony Computer) are losing focus of the customer and are just following the money. The Bethsda Mods are very crucial to if I stay with Sony or move to Microsoft for my many gaming needs. You are effectively pushing away your North American/Canadian base by Raising the Ps Plus price and now with Ps4Pro being completely underwhelming, I'm wondering why I should stay with you guys at all. I still love your products and hope you guys come back around to taking care of the customers.
