Hazel sent a message to Harry Hohmeister CEO, Swiss International Air Lines Email Address that said:

Dear Mr Hohmeister. Please could you review complaint . My daughter flew from Phuket to Manchester via Zurich on 4/1/16. She was due to land in Manchester at 18.10 on 4/1 but due to a 4 hour delay in Phuket she missed her connection in Zurich and actually landed in Manchester at 8.00 on 5/1. Your company claims that this delay was due to extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances, but have failed to explain what these circumstances were. If I haven't received a suitable explanation or offer of an acceptable level of compensation by 17 February I will take my complaint to the FOCA. I'm sure that neither of us want to have to invest the additional time and paperwork that this would result in. I look forward to hearing from you.
