I have been following up since March 23rd 2016 for my refund for cancellation of my tickets ( Total three ). I have called many times but I don’t get any email or response for my refund , the only response I get is it is in process but cannot tell you when.
It has been very frustrating and disappointing with this experience. As a Silver member of Miles and More I don’t expect this kind of service forcibly now patronizing another frequent flyer.
I would request for assistance in this matter ,
