Dear Mr. House, I like to inform you of a recent issue I've had with playstati on network that so far has been unresolved. I've been met with some very pleasant people who work for you but in the process have been lied to on numerous occasions. My network Id is Stephen31 just in case you need it. I made an online purchase for an extended protection plan on 2/15 not realizing my original warranty was out of date by 7days. My error and I understand this, I asked if Sony would still honor the service. I was told no and that has started this process. I was told a refund would be given to my wallet in a couple of hours on the first call, the second call I was told nothing had been resolved, my third call I was told it would be handled in 3-5 business days, my fourth call I was told it would take 2 months. I have spent well in excess of $5k on playstati on systems and network items since ps1 came out and at this point I feel like yall don't give a crap about us your target customer. I've been in retail my whole working life (23yrs) now and have never treated anyone like this. If you or anyone cares to handle this issue then fine if not I'm perfectly happy giving my time and money to Microsoft. Thank you for your time and consideration.
