Dear Mr. Huston,
I have been working with your company "Booking.com B.V." since many years as "Hotel Manager" .
Last week I was interested to buy and run one of your client's property's company who failed to pay its invoices and frozen at your website.
I have contacted to your Turkish credit controllers in Amsterdam and inform them that I am ready to pay at once all the amount if it will be live on your site again following my payment.
First they have replied me positively that they will, but later in the day they change their mind and asked a deposit in addition to my payment.
The company in question is not able to pay its debts due to financial reasons and this is the only way for them to pay.
The attitude and the approach to the fact of your staff was not professional and may damage the incomes and reputation of your esteemed company in the future.
At the mean time I hold to buy your client's company in question until I have a positive reply.
