I trust this correspondence finds you well.. I am writing those words to you hoping that you may find the time to look into my complain..the reservation number was .
Mr. Huston I was a regular user of booking.com.
what happened to me in that hotel which was advertised by your company as five star hotel is absolutely horrific.
I trusted the rating because it was advertised by booking.com I put my trust in you.. and you will see from my correspondence with your customer service that I have truly suffered in that hotel to a degree that I had to seek medical support as a result of me being in that facility...
I cant accept what happen to me ..through all available channels I will fight to receive justice ..
Mr.Huston ..trust in a product/service is what humans always needs to have..unfortunately I have lost that after what happen to me using your service.
The way your customer service manged my complain was by any given measures not adequate..
