Cynthia sent a message to Darren R. Huston President and Chief Executive Officer of The Priceline Group Email Address that said:

Dear Mr Huston
My name is cynthia. I booked a trip to budapest to stay at the Marriot on booking.com. I live in Germany at this time. I was charged 546 euro for my entire stay. The hotel overcharged me for 609 euro.i called and talked with a few of your representatives and keep getting different answers of why I was over charged. I was told by your representatives that they would call the hotel to ask why I was over charged. This one employee I spoke with to follow on on the matter was name Laura Nichols. I spoke with her on January 28th 2016. She told me that someone from booking. Com called the Marriot reservation and told me that they couldn't get through and that they tryed 2 times and sent the Marriot emails. When in fact this Laura Nichols flat out lied. No one called from your booking. Com. I spoke with her supervisor name Kristen Canter , both these people out of Michigan. Kristen Canter stated that no one from booking called the hotel at all. Therefore your rep flat out lied to me a customer. This is so inappropriate that you could have this person flat out lie to a customer. I'm appalled at such behavior. I was charged by the Marriot 609 euros. My documents that when I booked with your company shows 546.56 euro total. The one thing I can't forgive is how this employee flat out lied that someone did try to call the hotel reservation office , when in fact no one did. So Im left calling every day to find out why I was over charged by the hotel. Inexcusable for a company. I am requesting my amount that was over charged by the hotel. I have no trust in using booking. Com ever again. I will book straight through the hotels from this point on.
It's also very pathetic that her supervisor stood up for her employees lie.
