Dear Mr. Jackson: I would like to felicitate you for running the nation’s greatest and biggest – Michael J Jackson email address

Bryenne sent a message to Michael J. Jackson ,€“ Chief Executive Officer , AutoNation Inc. Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. Jackson:

I would like to felicitate you for running the nation's greatest and biggest auto dealerships. You are placed, in my opinion, among America's best business men. To get there, it takes a lot of discipline, organizational skills, and structure. Congratulations!
Not too long ago, last December, I purchased a used ML350 '07 at Mercedes-Benz of Miami. Since it is not a new car, I have been encountering slight electrical problems. I took the car to the Miami Dealership. I had a loaner issued to me. I had to return the car on Tuesday the 16th of February. Unfortunately, on that day, the weather was not pleasant. We had a tornado in my area. That morning when I went to the car, I found all four windows down and the care was flooded. I know for sure all the windows were up. I had got home from New York three O'clock in the morning. I had left the car at the Fort Lauderdale Airport on Friday, February the 12th. Upon my return, I took the car and drove home little after three A.M. On that same day I left for work around 8:30 A.M. When I got next to the car I saw that the windows were down, and the interior of it was flooded because of heavy rain. I could understand if it was a window or two; no all four were down.
I went to the dealership and spoke to the manager. I had explained to her what had happened. I called my insurance company to inform them of the situation. I told the manager if anything, please call me. She said if there is any problem with the car due to the flooding I will have to have your insurance take care of it but the deductible would have to come from you. I said I understand but let me know what are the issues with the car, what are the diagnostic and inform me of the situation. She never called me. It was yesterday, Friday, February 26th, when I checked my bank account, I saw that $500 was withdrawn from it by Mercedes-Benz of Miami.
I went to talk to the manager. She was very unprofessional. Her approach was not pleasant. She did not use proper protocol and was not using diplomacy. Whether my car cost me twenty something thousand versus someone who purchased a car for sixty something thousand, both customers should receive the same respect. I am not demanding Mrs. Yaimara Sagastume to attend workshops on diplomacy and customers' relationship, but I would suggest her to considerate that. She would be a better asset to the dealership, and she would represent Mercedes-Benz of Miami better.
Thanks for taking your valuable time to read my letter. Continue with the great services you have provided through your dealerships throughout the country. I believe you have worked hard to accomplish what you had accomplished. You are appreciated.

Sincerely,
Bryenne
