Dear Mr. Jackson. My name is Danny. Back in December of 2015 my wife Jacqueline Pallas purchased a 2014 VW Passat from your BMW location in Las Vegas NV. 1 week after owning the car we got a nail in the tire. Tire needed to be fixed and I couldn't fine the wheel lock. Turns out there was not one sold with the car. BMW refused to help us with this situation and wanted to charge us to replace all the wheel locks. Finally VW Las Vegas took care of our tire problem and just billed BMW. Now today I have another problem. Took my car into Sun Auto for a simple 1st oil change and they tell me the oil pan needs to be replaced due to 2 holes in the thread where the bolt goes. I said don't touch it, it's under the manufacturer warranty and we bought the extended warranty. Well they will not honor the warranty at VW because BMW took the car off the lot and sold it at the BMW lot. I thought Auto Nation is One Company? Now we have not owned this car for more than 3 Months and I don't understand why Neither dealership will not cover the costs for this oil Pan Replacement? We are a family of 5 and struggle day to day and I thought by buying the extended Warranty we would be covered. I was told it was Bumper to Bumper coverage. My Service technician said it would be covered last Saturday and today he wants to charge me $442.00 of which I cannot afford. Why did I pay for Extended Warranty when it does not cover this? This whole experience with Auto Nation has left a very sour taste with Us. I am writing to you to see if you can some how or some way Help Us?
